I specialise in a functional strength programme using dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands, designed to help you build strength, confidence, and better movement in everyday life. Every session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and starting point, with ongoing adjustments to ensure steady progress.

I focus on dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands—not machines—because free weights train your body in real, functional movement patterns, helping you build strength, stability, and confidence for everyday life.

Private Reformer Pilates Training (coming in 2026)
Experience the power of mindful movement with 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. Using the Reformer, we’ll work on strength, core stability, mobility, and alignment—helping you move with more ease, balance, and control.
Each session is fully customised, whether your goal is to build strength, improve posture, recover from injury, or enhance athletic performance. With focused cueing and hands-on guidance, you’ll gain a deeper awareness of your body and leave feeling both stronger and more energized.
